For PC problems or small software jobs one of our technicians will come and look at your problems and/or requirements at your home or workplace for a low call-out charge The vast majority of PC fixes are completed on the first visit for the single call-out charge. For larger software or consultancy tasks, an appointment will be made to ascertain your requirements, after which an hourly cost or fixed fee will be agreed.
